The oil produced here at the "Corbezzolo" comes from olive trees cultivated on the slopes of rolling hills whose delicious taste is the result of the fog, the good ventilation, and the good sun exposure that allow a perfect ripeness of olives.

But our oil is also the result of an endless care of the organic olive trees plantation, of an early harvesting, of a cold crushing which avoid the loss of freshness and nutrients.
